For all website orders we will accept returns only for unopened items for a 30 day period from the invoice date. The shipping and handling fee is non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee applies. Buyer is repsonsible for all return shipping charges. Please e-mail sales@serious-sounds.com for an RMA number.
